Technical Service Employee

As a Technical Service Employee, you ensure everything runs smoothly at Gamecity Zoetermeer and Van der Kooy Vastgoed.

Gamecity Zoetermeer is the premier indoor activity center in the Netherlands, offering activities like karting, Prison Island, laser tag, mini-golf, and an arcade for a unique guest experience.

Van der Kooy Vastgoed manages various properties and locations where technical maintenance plays an important role.

As a member of the technical service team, you contribute to the technical management of Gamecity and Van der Kooy Vastgoed.

What you will do:

• Carry out various technical tasks such as maintenance and repairs on equipment, machines, and installations.
• Troubleshoot and quickly resolve technical problems.
• Ensure safety through periodic inspections.
• Provide technical support for modifications and improvements to buildings and facilities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various real estate objects.
• Maintain documentation and schedule maintenance tasks.

Who you are:

• Enthusiastic technician with a background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics.
• Practical experience in maintenance and repairs (or willingness to learn).
• Proactive and flexible attitude.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mentality.
• Driving license B.

You work independently as well as with experienced colleagues, contributing to the quality, safety, and sustainability of buildings. You have an eye for detail, work solution-oriented, and ensure building users are satisfied.
