Technical Real Estate Manager / Project Leader

As a Technical Real Estate Manager / Project Leader, you are responsible for the technical management of our real estate assets. This involves maintaining contact with contractors, tenants, and suppliers, and leading the technical service team. You also initiate and investigate possible improvements and innovations in our properties.

What you will do:

• Execute and oversee scheduled and major maintenance projects.
• Take full responsibility for handling, processing, and closing service requests.
• Manage and guide technical service employees.
• Oversee the technical management of the Gamecity operations.
• Review maintenance invoices related to service cost settlements.
• Document maintenance needs and assign tasks to the technical service or external contractors.
• Conduct periodic inspections of electrical and mechanical installations (knowledge in this area is a plus).
• Contribute to organizational development by preparing and executing multi-year maintenance plans, portfolio sustainability efforts, energy monitoring, and fire safety.

Preferred qualifications:

• Completed HBO-level education in Construction, Building Technical Management, or Facility Management.
• 5-10 years relevant work experience in real estate or construction.
• Resident within a 25 km radius of Zoetermeer.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Structured and accurate.
