Senior Project Developer

As a Senior Project Developer at Van der Kooy Vastgoed, you become part of our team. Together with management and colleagues, you work closely on various real estate projects, with a focus on the development and new construction of residential and commercial properties and (urban) transformation projects. You will join a passionate and sociable team that supports, challenges, and inspires each other.

What you will do:

• Identify opportunities for (new) developments, partly by preparing feasibility analyses and construction cost overviews.
• Coordinate and manage the development process for multiple projects, from the initiation phase to completion.
• Monitor schedules, risks, construction costs, and quality during project execution.
• Support acquisitions with the challenge of eventually managing acquisition processes independently.
• Actively contribute to the growth and professionalization of our organization, focusing on the project development department.

Who you are:
You have strong analytical skills and can find smart solutions for complex issues in challenging environments.
You develop plans with courage and creativity and switch effortlessly between various stakeholders such as investors, municipalities, contractors, architects, and other advisors. You are skilled in expanding your network.
You are used to working project-based and possess extensive (technical) knowledge.
You are a driven team player who likes to connect people and projects to achieve the best final result together. You take a leading, motivating role in this process.

Preferred qualifications:

• Completed HBO or WO degree in Construction, Real Estate, or a similar field.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience gained at a project developer, developing contractor, or real estate company.
• Resident within a 25 km radius of Zoetermeer.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
