Internship Management / Project Development

As an intern in Management/Project Development, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the daily operations of our company. You support the team with ongoing management activities as well as project development plans. You will be given responsibility, guidance, and the space to contribute your own ideas.

What you will do:

• Assist in drafting and elaborating project plans.
• Contribute ideas on sustainability and innovation within existing projects.
• Analyze management and operational data.
• Prepare presentations and reports.
• Support (sub)projects in collaboration with colleagues and external parties.
• Help optimize internal processes.

Who you are:
We seek a student who is independent, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and entrepreneurial.

• You are pursuing an HBO-level education in Real Estate, Construction, Facility Management, or a comparable field.
• You have an affinity with real estate, construction, and/or project development.
• You are analytically strong and results-oriented.
• You take initiative and can work independently.
• You have good communication skills.
