Leeuwenhoeve
Description
Stylish living on Zegwaartseweg in Zoetermeer!
At Zegwaartseweg 96, the remains of what was once the Leeuwenhoeve—one of Zoetermeer's oldest farms—formerly stood. We developed an ambitious plan to restore the historic barn to its former glory and redevelop the surrounding area. We've retained the original character of the farmyard throughout the site, with the Leeuwenhoeve as a focal point. The cul-de-sac is accessible via a small bridge from Zegwaartseweg.

Between the buildings, there is a large communal green space designed as a child-friendly natural garden with the ambiance of an orchard. The Leeuwenhoeve has been rebuilt into three unique homes. The farmyard also consists of a semi-detached house, a three-detached house, and a five-detached house. Four other unique dike houses are located on Zegwaartsewetering.
Sales began at the end of May 2020, and all homes have been sold. Construction began in Q1 2021 and was completed in Q2 2022.
