Description
The HeemAvenue project consists of 50 single-family homes, 44 owner-occupied apartments, and 72 private-sector rental apartments, and was completed in two phases. The homes are easily accessible and centrally located in Zoetermeer, within walking distance of public transport and cycling distance of the Oosterheem neighborhood shopping center. The single-family homes are spacious and feature a large living room with an extension, four large bedrooms, a neat kitchen and bathroom, a separate room that can be used as a walk-in closet or home office, and a deep garden. Floor-to-ceiling windows make all rooms surprisingly bright, greatly enhancing the sense of space. Each apartment also has two parking spaces in the enclosed parking lot, making searching for a spot a thing of the past.
The apartments range in size from 76m² to 112m² and all have at least three rooms. The largest apartments even have four rooms. The apartments are located in a small-scale apartment complex with modern architecture. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for an exceptional amount of natural light. Each apartment is luxuriously furnished, including a Bruynzeel kitchen with Siemens appliances, a fully equipped bathroom, and a toilet.
