Description
The Edisonstraat project is a development by Van der Kooy Vastgoed and consists of the demolition of a thrift store and the construction of a modern multi-tenant business complex on Edisonstraat in Zoetermeer.
The multi-tenant business complex is located on the edge of the Zoeterhage business park, near the Seghwaert and Oosterheem residential areas. The business park is situated on main roads that connect to the A12 motorway.
Sales of the units began in mid-July 2019, with construction commencing in October 2019. The units range in size from 47 m² to 124 m².
