Update New-Build Project HeemAvenue

Our new-build project HeemAvenue in Zoetermeer is now almost fully completed, which is why we have had a new drone video produced.
The 44 owner-occupied apartments in buildings Hugo and Aletta have been delivered to their happy owners. The first 48 rental apartments within this project have been successfully delivered to NLV, on behalf of Pensioenfonds Metaal en Techniek. The 50 family homes were delivered to buyers some time ago.

In the meantime, both buyers and tenants have moved into their homes. Adriaan van Erk is currently working on the final apartment building, where 24 rental apartments are being realized. These apartments will remain in our own portfolio and will be offered for rent as of this month. Schep Vastgoedmanagers will handle the leasing of these apartments. The 24 rental apartments are scheduled for completion in Q4 of this year.

We are very much looking forward to the completion of the HeemAvenue project and are pleased with this valuable addition to our portfolio.
