Our New Addition in Rotterdam

As of 1 August, we have added the retail property at Lijnbaan 63 in Rotterdam to our portfolio.
The property, approximately 238 sqm GFA, spread across basement, ground floor and first floor, has been leased to Friqly Men.
Many thanks to Perridon Holdings, Kroesepaternotte and JHD Notarissen for the pleasant cooperation. With this acquisition, we further strengthen our portfolio and take a great step in one of the most prominent shopping streets in the Netherlands.
