New Construction Project HeemAvenue Completed

With the completion of the final apartment building within the HeemAvenue new construction project, the project is officially concluded. We look back with pride on the realization of these 24 rental apartments and want to thank Adriaan van Erk for the successful completion of this beautiful building!

The rental of the apartments was successfully managed by Schep Vastgoedmanagers. At the end of October, the tenants received the keys to their new homes. To celebrate this moment, we assembled a welcome package, made possible in part by Jumbo Supermarkets and Hudon Bar & Kitchen Zoetermeer.

We will retain the apartment building in our own real estate portfolio, thus expanding our portfolio by 24 rental apartments.
