Delivery of HeemAvenue Apartment Buildings

Recently, the 22 owner-occupied apartments in building Hugo of our new-build project HeemAvenue in Zoetermeer were delivered on behalf of Adriaan van Erk to the VvE property manager Schep Vastgoedmanagers and the happy buyers.
This week, the first building with 24 rental apartments was delivered to NLV on behalf of Pensioenfonds Metaal en Techniek, and the tenants have received their apartments.

We would like to thank Adriaan van Erk for the realization of this project based on the beautiful design by Klunder Architecten, and A. Molenaar B.V. for the construction of the outdoor areas. In the coming period, the municipality of Zoetermeer will develop the new public space surrounding the project.

With these deliveries, the first two apartment buildings have been completed and phase 1 has been finalized. The delivery of buildings three and four is scheduled for later this month.
